Caitlyn Jenner’s revealed for the very first time that she’s open to dating men.
Previously, Jenner’s voiced her issues with gay marriage and said she found it difficult to explain to people that she wanted to experience a heterosexual relationship as a woman. More recently, however, Jenner’s tamed her ultra-conservative views. However, it seems she’s still a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to relationships.
During a Today show interview that aired on Wednesday, Jenner said she’s loved to be treated like a lady by a traditional man who does things like open doors for his dates. Right now, she’s just too busy with other projects to start dating again.
“There is a revelation in the very first episode that you may be ready to start dating. Not just dating, but dating men?” anchor Natalie Morales asked Jenner.
“Yes there is a revelation in that. I know people are always interested in that,” said Jenner. “Right now, I am just so busy kind of doing what I’m doing. But it would be nice to kind of share your life with somebody. But hey, I’m open.”
Caitlyn continued: ‘To be honest, if I was in a relationship with a guy, I would enjoy being treated like that.’
‘Opening doors for you, doing all what you would think is the traditional stuff in a guy and a girl relationship. It would have to be a very special guy to be able to do that, but yeah, I would be open to that.’
Jenner shared earlier in her transition that she’s no longer interested in dating women. She has three ex-wives in Chrystie Crownover, Linda Thompson, and Kris Jenner. Between her three ex-wives, she has six children and four stepchildren.
Jenner is currently promoting the second season of her show, I Am Cait, which begins on March 6.
